The ASME 2024 International Design Engineering Technical Conferences & Computers and Information in Engineering Conference will take place August 25-28, 2024 in Washington, DC. This year's event, IDETC/CIE 2024, will highlight emergent technologies that impact the critical engineering issues of product design and development, manufacturing, and the management and integration of information systems throughout the product life-cycle. These events are key international meetings for design and manufacturing engineers in academia, government, and industry.
Mike Molnar, Director of the NIST Advanced Manufacturing National Program Office, will provide a CIE Keynote, “Convening Ecosystems for U.S. Global Leadership in Advanced Manufacturing”. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, August 27th, from 9:20 am to 10:40 am.
Staff will also be on hand to discuss the Manufacturing USA network and share information about new institute competitions in the exhibit area.
