Connecticut Apprenticeship Program in Robotics and Automation (CAPRA) is a model program for a manufacturing network focused on robotics and automation to implement an Intermediary-Sponsored dual-training apprenticeship program including in-class training modules and on-the-job training modules. In-class modules are intended to provide apprentices with fundamental skills in robotics and automation and will be based on ABB’s SMART Certification Program.
