TRAIN OH (Training and Recruitment Accelerated Innovation Network) blends school and work into a 21st century work and learn hybrid activity. It customizes an earn and learn approach to meet the unique needs of companies driving new technology innovation and adoption. This program builds on the success of the MEMS degree by offering an Associate of Applied Science in Automation. The program works to engage with populations from economically distressed communities that are at higher risk for unemployment.
