This project will create secondary and post-secondary educational pathways to build a sustainable talent pipeline for bioindustrial manufacturing. The project will utilize early outreach activities for increased awareness and will establish stackable credentials, thereby increasing access to careers and continued education for advanced skills development.
This project will bring together industry leaders, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to develop industry-specific skills training, promote career pathways, and raise awareness of bioindustrial manufacturing's crucial role in shaping the nation's economy.
By leveraging career and educational pathways in modernized biotechnology, manufacturing, robotics, engineering, chemistry, and agriculture to establish adjacent skills leading to bioindustrial manufacturing, this project will create a diverse, skilled workforce that’s ready to meet emerging industry demands.
