Announcing BioMADE’s Member Portal!

Biofabrication, Biomanufacturing

BioMADE are thrilled to announce the launch of the BioMADE Member Portal! The Member Portal is a valuable resource to help members connect with each other and access key information. Members can use the portal to solicit the advice of peers, build R&D and B2B relationships, connect with BioMADE staff, and find partners for BioMADE projects.

Current members can access the Member Portal here.

If you are a current member but don’t have an account yet, you can request to have a portal account created by contacting memberportal [at] biomade.org (memberportal[at]biomade[dot]org)

On the Member Portal, you can:

  • Engage with other members through posting, commenting on, or voting on topics on the discussion boards. There are separate discussion boards for Technology & Innovation, Education & Workforce Development, 4S, and General Networking.

  • Use the Member Directory to filter search results by keywords to identify individuals and organizations in the BioMADE ecosystem with specific skills.

  • Edit their profile page to report on skills and link to additional professional resources (e.g. Google Scholar, LinkedIn) and opt-in to sharing select contact information (e.g. email, phone) with other registered portal users.

  • Upload select files to their profile page, such as a BioMADE teaming slide, biosketch, C.V., and profile picture.

  • Connect with BioMADE staff on the discussion boards and find their contact information in the BioMADE Staff Directory.

  • Follow select discussion threads or specific members to stay up to date on the most recent posts.

  • Post job or internship opportunities on the job board.

  • Post information about their products and services, or ask members for input on vendors that provide specific products and services.

  • Access key member resources or information on new member benefits, such as roadmaps, project call information, event information, and subcommittee sign-up forms.

  • View the BioMADE committees and subcommittee rosters. Members that hold a seat on a (sub)committee can access a discussion page dedicated to their committee.
