A new collaboration between UI LABS and Rescale will help aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) along the supply chain communicate design specifications and data to each other and simulate how parts will work together. This cloud-based service will be offered through Manufacturing USA’s Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) Digital Manufacturing Commons, a collaboration infrastructure for linking geographically distributed people, data, and tools in a secure environment that protects intellectual property.
